There is an atmosphere of panic in the village after the matter came to light. Now the administration is also seen in action and the eggs are being examined by scientists.

When a team of experts visited the village, it found that the stones were million-year-old dinosaur eggs.”We have a dinosaur park that was built in 2011. Many times people in the villages around there find such fossils and start worshipping them,” Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) AS Solanki said.

It is believed that there were a good number of dinosaurs in the Narmada Valley of Madhya Pradesh. Post a comment Scientists estimate that dinosaurs roamed Earth about 175 million years ago. Thousands of these species then became extinct around 65 million years ago.

This Padaliya village situated on the banks of Narmada Valley has been associated with the dinosaur era millions of years ago and dinosaurs used to live here about 65 million years ago. Local dinosaur expert Vishal Verma said that a few days ago a workshop of three scientists was organised. Scientists Dr Mahesh Thakkar, Dr Vivek V Kapoor, and Dr Shilpa were present in this workshop. All of them had come to take stock of the development work of Dinosaur Fossils Park located in Mandu.

During this time, scientists saw the people of the village worshipping round stones about 18 cm in diameter. Vesta Patel, a young man from the village, said that his Kakar Bhairav resides in the stones. This god does not let any trouble come to the entire village. Riches Of The Past

These titanosaur egg clutches provide evidence of dinosaur nesting and parental care, and they help shed light on dinosaurs’ biology and behaviour. The eggs are believed to be from the Late Cretaceous period (145 to 66 million years) and are estimated to be about 65 million years old. The discovery of these eggs in India is significant because it expands the geographical range of dinosaur eggs and highlights the importance of preserving geological sites for future research and scientific discovery. The other sites where dinosaur eggs have been found are Jabalpur in the upper Narmada Valley and Balasinor in Gujarat.
