Shikhar Dhawan faces heartbreak ?

Shikhar Dhawan an ace Indian Cricket player faces heartbreak as he cannot meet and talk to his beloved son Zoravar. Shikhar Dhawan’s Son Zoravar lives in Australia with his Mother Ayesha Mukherjee. Ayesha Mukherjee is an Australian citizen. After a dispute between Shikhar Dhawan and her she has filed for divorce, along with her son and two girls she lives separately in Australia.

Shikhar Dhawan is a left-hand opening batsman of the Indian Cricket team, he was not a part of the recently concluded ODI World Cup held in India, but he has been a fantastic opening batsman pairing with Rohit Sharma, they both contributed to an immense partnership against all teams in International cricket. write now he is not a part of any squad of International Cricket. Though he is in the limelight for different reasons. 

Shikhar Dhawan has posted an emotional note in his Instagram Handle where he wrote :

It’s been a year since I saw you in person, and now, for almost three months, I’ve been blocked from everywhere so Posting the same picture to wish you, my boy, a very Happy Birthday. 🤗

Even if I can’t connect with you directly, I connect with you through Telepathy. I am so proud of you, and I know you’re doing great and growing up nicely.

Papa always misses you and loves you. He’s always positive, waiting with a smile for the time when we will meet again by the Grace of God. Be naughty but not destructive, be a giver, be humble, compassionate, patient, and strong.

Not a first time he posted his love for his son but many times during his tour with team he holds multiple social media posts which really shows his immense love for his son, he missed so much his son but disputes between his wife and him compelled him to stay away . Shikhar Dhawan is so compassionate about his son he never complain his pain through which he was going , On October ,2023  court granted divorce to Shikhar Dhawan on grounds of Cruelty inflicted on the cricketer by his estranged wife Ayesha Mukherjee.

Shikhar Dhawan and Ayesha Mukherjee married in 2012 they have son Zoravar , Ayesha and Zoravar both are australian citizen , Ayesha Mukherjee is mother of  two daughters as well with her previous husband .

In petition the pain of letting to live away with his son came into limelight as he mentioned there that Ayesha had promised to settle in India after marriage as Shikhar Dhawan has no way to settle in Australia due to his professional  commitment . however she refused to move in India after marriage .

Shikhar Dhawan has no fault of his own , he was forced to live separate from his son , it was matter of agony and anguish for him . In petition Shikhar Dhawan also alleged that Aesha forced him to make her the owner of the three properties that the cricketer bought in Australia. She owned 99 percent of one of the properties and was a joint owner in the other two.

Dhawan’s allegation that she compelled him to make her owner to some extent in all three properties or that she pocketed sale proceeds thereof has got to be believed as true, The court also accepted Mr Dhawan’s allegations that Aesha forced her to pay child support not only for their son but also her two daughters for whom she already received support payments from her first husband.

 Court has given Shikhar Dhawan  visiting rights

The court has now granted mandatory visitation rights to Mr Dhawan to meet his son in India and Australia. It also ordered Aesha to bring their son to India for visitation purposes including overnight stay with Mr Dhawan and his family and during the school holidays. but it is totally in vein as his post in instagram shows different story .
